As a service to the international business community, AsiaTradeMart.com Pte. Ltd. (AsiaTradeMart) makes available for use on its web sites certain information, materials and services, subject to the conditions set forth under the Terms of Use.*

By logging-on to these sites, you are expressing your acceptance of the Terms of Use.

AsiaTradeMart reserves the right to alter the Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion.

Definition
AsiaTradeMart web sites are online information providers produced exclusively by AsiaTradeMart.

"User" is any person who registers at an AsiaTradeMart web site and accesses the information provided.

Log-On Registration
Use of Log-On Registration to access the information provided in web sites created by AsiaTradeMart is currently FREE OF CHARGE.

AsiaTradeMart, however, reserves the right to levy a fee in future for use of any services contained on its web sites. Should AsiaTradeMart decide to charge a fee, it will publish the conditions on its web sites and at the same time notify all registered Users by email. Users who then choose to terminate the service may inform AsiaTradeMart at that time via email.

Each User is solely responsible for maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of his/her Log-On Username and Password.

AsiaTradeMart may reject any Log-On application at its sole discretion without needing to provide an explanation.

Use of AsiaTradeMart Web Sites
Utilization of AsiaTradeMart web sites is reserved for the individual User or his/her company/organization only. He/she shall not sell, distribute, publish or reproduce any information and/or materials contained on AsiaTradeMart web sites for any purpose without prior consent in writing from AsiaTradeMart.

The User may not transfer his/her rights or permit any other person to use his/her Log-On Password.

AsiaTradeMart makes every effort to provide this service to Users twenty-four (24) hours per day. However, AsiaTradeMart reserves the right to cease or suspend operation of its web sites for as long as necessary if circumstances prevent it from providing this service. Additionally, AsiaTradeMart at its sole discretion reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate, without warning, any User's account, particularly if the User breaches any of the Terms of Use.

The information and/or materials, features and functions available on AsiaTradeMart web sites that are made available to one User may not necessarily be made available to another User. The decision is at the sole discretion of AsiaTradeMart.

Information and/or materials made available on AsiaTradeMart web sites may change from time to time without notice to Users.

Users are prohibited to post or transmit to or from AsiaTradeMart web sites any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene materials.

Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify AsiaTradeMart, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and staff for any claim or demand, including any legal fees, made by any person or persons arising out of any contents submitted, posted or transmitted by the User through AsiaTradeMart web sites.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information and materials, AsiaTradeMart shall not assume any responsibility for any inaccurate, inadequate, erroneous or missing information or materials on its web sites.

Permission Marketing
When logging-on, the User agrees to provide his/her personal data and/or business information, as described in our Member Registration form, to AsiaTradeMart, its subsidiaries and other Users in order to facilitate various B2B functions of the web sites. This is our default setting for Users of AsiaTradeMart web sites.

If a User wishes to take advantage of certain specialized functions of the web sites, available only to members, but in doing so does not want his/her personal data and/or business information forwarded to other Users for trading or marketing purposes, then he/she must disable this function following member log-in. To do this, the User must change his/her personal settings under the heading of "Preferences" in the ePDA system. It is the User's responsibility to change these settings.

AsiaTradeMart web sites may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. AsiaTradeMart has no control over such sites and resources and therefore is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Further, AsiaTradeMart shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
